We take complaints seriously. This page names the person responsible and the timelines, as required by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the IT (Intermediary Guidelines) Rules, 2021, and the DPDP Act, 2023.

What you can raise
- A problem with the Service, a payment or a refund;
- Unlawful, infringing or offensive content, or misuse by another member;
- Anything about your personal data — access, correction, erasure or withdrawal of consent.
Our timelines
- Acknowledgement: within 48 hours of receiving your complaint, with a reference number to track it.
- Resolution: within one month for Service and content complaints (Consumer Protection / IT Rules).
- Data-rights requests: handled as quickly as possible and in any case within 90 days, as the DPDP Act allows.
If you're still not satisfied
- For data matters, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Act.
- For consumer matters, you may approach the National Consumer Helpline (1915) or the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission.
